Requirements to Become an AFAI-Digital-Center Franchise Partner
To launch your own official AFAI-Digital-Center, you should meet the following requirements:
No programming skills needed.
🔹 1. High-Traffic Location
Your center should be located in a well-frequented area – such as a city center, near public transport hubs, shopping districts, or government buildings.
Recommended shop size: 25–50 m² with room for 8 terminals and a small seating area.
🔹 2. Basic Digital Literacy
You should be comfortable using email, browsing the internet, and navigating simple forms.
All systems are managed via the intuitive AFAI control panel.
🔹 3. Friendly Customer Interaction
You or your team should be open, professional, and ready to support customers with empathy.
An AFAI-Digital-Center is not a call center – it’s a welcoming, human space where people receive real help.

This includes:

✅ Full setup, onboarding, and training

In the first weeks, we recommend that you personally spend 2–4 hours daily on-site to optimize operations.
After that, daily operations can be fully delegated to trained staff.
