Strategic Plan: Launch of the First AFAI Digital Center (ADC) – Berlin 2026

Vision

The AFAI Digital Center (ADC) is set to become the first physical hub for barrier-free digital assistance – a place where AI meets humanity to empower individuals with bureaucracy-related challenges. It will serve as the prototype for a scalable, global network of centers built around AFAI’s five-pillar system and inclusive mission.

Strategic Objectives

  1. Establish the first operational ADC in Berlin by Q2 2026.

  3. Create a flagship space that combines AI-powered interaction with human accessibility support.

  4. Position AFAI as a daily utility for individuals, families, and businesses in need of affordable, barrier-free paperwork assistance.

  5. Collect data and insights to optimize operations and replicate the model across Germany, Europe, and globally.
