Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Royalisimo – AFAI, Orhan Ayhan, Email: orhan366@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for digital services if:

• the service has been fully performed, and

• you have expressly consented to us starting performance before the withdrawal period ends, and

• you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.
