Procedure:

Greeting: The AA greets the customer in a friendly manner and the customer returns the greeting.
Scan form: The AA asks the customer to put the form next to the machine. After the customer confirms this, the AA takes a photo of the form and recognizes the questions it contains.
Advice options: The AA asks the customer if he wants advice or if the answers from the AA memory should be used. The customer chooses advice.

Going through the questions: The AA starts asking specific questions from the form. He explains each question to ensure that the customer fully understands the questions. The customer gives his answers, which the AA carefully stores.
Printing the form: After all questions are answered, the AA instructs the client to place the form into the built-in printer. The client does so, and the AA prints the form and fills in the blank fields with the client's answers.
Result: The client receives a fully completed form that is accurate and error-free, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the application process.
