Partnership with Pflegekreuz GmbH – Together for a Digital and Barrier-Free Future of Care

We are pleased to announce that Royalisimo UG has entered into a strategic partnership with Pflegekreuz GmbH in Berlin—an established ambulatory care provider with strong social responsibility and many years of experience supporting people in need of care.

At the heart of this cooperation is the introduction and real-world piloting of our AI system Afai GovAssist, the world’s first barrier-free AI secretary for bureaucracy, applications, and communication with public authorities. Together, we aim to significantly reduce administrative burdens in the care sector—for caregivers, family members, and those affected alike.

What we will implement together:

• Deployment and pilot operation of Afai GovAssist for Pflegekreuz clients

• Joint optimization of application processes (e.g., care grades, assistive devices, care allowances)

• Training of care staff in the use of the new AI technology

• Analysis of real-world practice data to improve workflows

• Development of additional digital services for people in need of care

• Collaboration on funding projects for the digitalization of care
